The 42" crate is what we suggest as a good size for your puppy to grow into as an adult- it comes with a divider to make the crate space smaller for when he is still a puppy and can be removed when he is fully grown. 

You received a smaller bag of these in your puppy's Go Home Bag.  Works great for those early weeks of training.  Great for rewarding when  they go potty outside or to reinforce  good behavior and new tricks.

We use this for our dogs personal space and it allows them to move and jump.  So if you are considering a larger kennel area in your climate controlled garage or in a room in the house- this works great.  It can be made into a 5'x5'x10' also- i just have found that they run a good price on this one occasionally and it's nice to have the other pieces if you ever consider expanding or if you have two dogs to share one kennel space.

When the need arises to keep your puppy busy- hide their snacks in this snuffle mat and it will keep them busy and is great for mental stimulation.

I have never regretted buying this and it gets alot of use from bathing and blow drying puppies to adult dogs.  Variable power and heat to make it comfortable to use on all ages and all kinds of coats/fur.

This can clip right on to the side of your puppy's crate to create a bigger and safer play area.  The 36" is definitely a good size to invest in and can be used later block off certain rooms or large door ways when needing to keep the more to a hard floor surface.
